Greenville, South Carolina: Greenville Chapter: South Carolina Genealogical Society, 1976. Hardcover. Near Fine. 11" x 8.5" x 1. Volume 1 ONLY. Hardcover. Bound in red publisher's cloth with gilt lettering on the cover and spine. As indicated in the editor's note at the front, this textblock was designed to be used in a loose leaf binder. As such, the three hole drill marks along the left hand side of recto pages are slightly visible, (particularly within the introductory pages), which have since been bound into a hardcover book. Contents include a letter from the editors, a long list of compilers, an index which includes addenda, and a short history of Greenville Chapter South Carolina Genealogical Society, followed by 903 lineage charts. Introductory pages are numbered through page 37, then each lineage chart bears its own number, respectively. This near fine copy is lovely.
