A Fine copy in a Fine, bright unclipped dust jacket. The formal beginning of constructivism occurred in in Russia in 1920 and founded by sculptors Naum Gabo and Antoine Pevsner. This volume is illustrated with thirty-eight constructivist prints, paintings, drawings, and sculptures, some of them are rare and previously unpublished. This collection of documents includes writings by Gabo, El Lissitzsky, Theo van Doesburg, Hans Richter, Victor Vasarely and Charles Biederman. 334 pages.
