Leather edges are rubbed. Corners are bumped and discolored. General usage wear. Light page browning. A bit brittle. Rear endpapers have dark edge discoloration. One has large tear. Small book store sticker on inside front board reads Williamson Law Book Co. Rochester, NY. Due to weight and size special handling will be needed..
