London: Printed for the Bibliographical Society, at the Oxford University Press, 1922., 1922.. Good. CROSBY GAIGE'S COPY - Small quarto, 9-1/2 inches high by 7-1/4 inches wide. Light grayish blue boards backed with a buff cloth spine, titled in black on the spine. There is light wear to the corners of the soiled covers. The spine is soiled and darkened and the head of the spine is lightly chipped. xii & 342 deckle-edged pages. There is foxing and offsetting to the endpapers with a spot of minor foxing to the bottom front corner of the half-title. The text-block is cracked at page 337. Good.

Broadway producer and small press publisher Crosby Gaige's copy with his book label mounted on the front pastedown. The Broadway producer Crosby Gaige (1882-1949) was president of the New York Wine and Food Society. He established the Watch Hill Press, named after his farm in Peekskill, New York.
