Hardcover with unclipped dust jacket, 142 pages; book very gently used, not a trace of shelf wear, spine gilt lettering very bright and clear, very clean and unmarked throughout; DJ intact and without chips or tears, front panel and spine attractive in shades of mauve and pale blue with white lettering, but the lamination has been somehow completely removed from the back leaving just the underlying flimsy paper.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good ++/Fair.
