London : Bloomsbury Publishing PLC, 2003. 1st Edition 2nd Printing. Hardcover. Near Fine/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Ralph Steadman. First edition thus second printing. Book clean square and tight, text block edges clean with a touch of toning. Boards sharp and clean, gilt title bright and nice. Lightly bumped spine ends. The pages are crisp and unblemished. Feels very lightly read. Near fine condition. Jacket has some marking to panels, and crimping to spine ends. Overall a nice copy. For grading accuracy books are photographed without a protective book cover. This book is fitted with a non adhesive archival quality book protector to make a worthy addition to your collection. Note we do not use stock images, the book pictured is the book described. A very nice example of this collectible title written by Ambrose Bierce, and profusely illustrated by Ralph Steadman
