Appleton and Company in 1910 after being copyrighted by 5 previous publishers. One can only assume that this must've been a widely read work. Illustrated in B/W. 380 pp. Book has black text on spine and front panel as well as a colored oval picture of of whom I presume to be ' The Depot Master'. Book has slightly sunned spine, and worn/scuffed spine ends. Gift dedication has names whited out, date, Feb. 21st, 1926 remains. fon rear pastedown as well. Book remains tight and square. Bookseller's Inventory # 144146.
