Published by the Author, Santa Clara, CA., 1965. Softcover in light blue-purple, with black lettering. Typeface throughout. Small photo of author next to a quote by Kerouac, in front of title page. Author was 17 at time of printing. Consists of a dozen poems, some in up to seven numbered parts, all about life of a child in the orchards of Santa Clara in the 1950's and early '60's. This is one of the only surviving copies, and has been SIGNED by the AUTHOR. One copy was kept in the rare book room of the Santa Clara Public Library for many years. Author grew up to be a California and later, Arizona, author and bookseller.
