Tall octavo (8" x 10-3/4") bound in luxurious full brown goatskin leather with gilt lettering on the spine. Illustrated by Leonard Baskin who contributes 5 striking etchings portraying Willy's gradual descent. The etchings were printed by Bruce Chandler, a formidable artist in his own right. A beautiful edition of this Pulitzer Prize-winning play, one of the highs spots of modern theater, limited to 1500 numbered copies SIGNED by both the author and the artist on the colophon page, this being copy #887. Monthly Letter laid in.
