About This Item

NY: Harper & Row, 1967. 1st Edition. Hardcover. Near Fine/Near Fine. INSCRIBED by author William Manchester "with very best wishes" on the half title. An uncommonly well-preserved first edition of a title which became an instant bestseller and was reprinted many times. Book is apparently unread, dustjacket unclipped ($10) with a short closed tear on the top edge rear panel. A collectible copy, indeed. JFK ASSASSINATION.

Reviews

On Feb 27 2016, a reader said:
William Manchester gives a thorough yet eminently readable account of the times, political attitudes & events surrounding the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.
