New York, NY: Vanguard Press, 1944. Book. Near Fine. Cloth. First Thus. 12mo - over 6¾ - 7¾" tall. First American Edition. SCARCE in DJ. The only such on Abe as of August 2021. Yellow cloth with blue lettering to the spine. This copy is NEAR FINE in a VG , unclipped ($2.00), Mylar protected DJ designed by Stefan Salter. Exterior is rich and clean. Minimal crimping to spine ends. Inside has neat PO signature on verso front board. Otherwise unmarked , crisp, and with minimal toning. Top page edges dyed faded blue. DJ has been expertly tape repaired in a couple of spots, has minimal chipping at spine ends, and modest toning to back cover with a small faded damp stain near the back edge. .
