About This Item

Paris, 1994. Hardcover. Fine/Near Fine. Salvador Dali. Sterling condition hardcover copy, with unbruised tips, tight binding, and clean internals, showing only very slight shelf- and edge-wear; not ex-library, with neither underlining nor highlighting anywhere. Glossy pictorial covers mimicking the bright and shiny dust jacket, illustrated, showing only very minor wear beyond a nick to spine head front joint, not price-clipped. A. Reynolds Morse of the Salvador Dali Foundation provides a Preface to this, the Second Edition, having been published first in 1954. Philippe Halsman passed away in 1979, having published over 100 Life magazine covers to his credit. His Postface treats of his special relationship with Salvador Dali. Member, I.O.B.A., C.B.A., and adherent to the highest ethical standards. Additional postage may be required for oversize or especially heavy volumes, and for sets.
