Map illustrated endpapers, showing a grid map of Western Port Bay. The text is illustrated with numerous maps and the occasional drawing. Colour illustrated covers (wraparound) by Joan Ingpen Boguda, with black titles to the front panel and backstrip. A book describing the creeks, channels and harbours of Western Port Bay, Victoria, Australia. Also is a small list of the more common birds of the area. signed by the author on the title page. The original bookseller's name sticker at the bottom right of the title page. Rubbing to the book corners, backstrip edges and to the book edges. Yellowing of the white of the background and handling marks to the book covers. Handling marks to the endpapers and light age toning of the internal text.
