Very good octavo hardcover with illustrated boards and green cloth spine without dust jacket but in very good slipcase. Slipcase has light wear along edges with browning and some smudging to sides and edges. Book has light wear along edges of boards and minor scuffing to covers. Laid in is business card of Hatt. 148 pages with illustrations, notes, list of trustees, list of publications, list of some data sources, and index. A nice work on the early history of this museum/observatory in Bloomfield, Michigan, outside of Detroit.
