Cassell, Petter & Galpin. Hardback. Very Good. Undated hardback edition, c.1870/80, with no jacket. In overall very good used condition with only minor signs of age, handling and storage - boards slightly rubbed to edges with a couple of marks. Binding tight and appears little read. Internally clean, no annotation or inscriptions; toning to page-ends but text and illustrations (all 24 present and correct) bright and clear throughout. Photographs available. Not an old library book.

Some splitting at hinges but binding is holding, contents are age-toned, but text and plates are clean and sound. 24 color plates and text explaining the technique of sepia painting.. Hard Cover. Good/No Jacket. Oblong 4to.
