London: Darling and Son, Ltd, 1915. 7p., stapled wraps, 6x9.75 inches, dampstain on top-right corner, front wrap chipped and fold-creased with a rubberstamp crossed off in pen. Lord Milner's interview with the New York Times of August 21st, 1915, clarifying Britain's wartime position on the shipments of cotton and including answers to questions on German submarine warfare. Alfred Milner, with Cecil Rhodes, were founders of the roundtable group designed to foster Anglo-American solidarity.
