Good/Good. 505 g.; IV, 5-206 pages, last two pages blank, foreword by authors, and index. 1/4 beige coloured cloth covered backstrip with orange titles. 3/4 orange coloured cloth covered boards. Minor bumping to the backstrip and rubbing to the book corners. Colour photographic dustwrapper with green and black titles to the front panel and backstrip. Creasing to the dustwrapper edges and rubbing to the dustwrapper panels. Yellowing of the rear dustwrapper panel. Black-and-white photographs of authors to the rear fold over panel. A the book with recipes and menus for weekend cooking -- relatively stressfree in a month by month sequence. The recipes are given for the menus and shortcuts and hints are also provided. The authors are American and consequently if you live in the southern hemisphere you have to remember the seasons are reversed and if the authors are talking about a summer menu in June, the southern hemisphere has to look at the winter menu in December.
