New York: Harcourt, Brace and Company, 1929. Hardcover. Small 8vo. Light blue cloth with dark blue lettering. viii, 378pp. Very good. Mildest of edgewear only, else internally tight and bright. A tight and nice later printing of this quite useful survey and checklist of sources.
