Pamphlet. 19p, 4.25x4.75 inches, wraps, staple-bound, may be Parson's copy, author's name written in pencil on cover, one-inch tear at bottom of spine, wraps mildly soiled, ink marking from the period on cover and one page. No copies found in OCLC as of 9/2021. Parsons (1868-1960) was a social gospel minister in Berkeley and Bishop of the California Diocese of the Episcopal Church. He was associated with Civil Rights Congress and on the board of the San Francisco ACLU in the 1940s and 1950s.
