Paperbound advance proof copy of the English edition with “PROOF ONLY: Provisional Publication Date May 2nd 1968” printed by the publisher on the rear jacket flap. A lightly used, yet sound copy with some edge wear and a hint of dust soiling in a lightly dust soiled dust jacket with some minor edge wear and creasing to the spine. Winner of the Pulitzer Prize.
