A much owned copy of this lecture delivered by Harry Oppenheimer not long after Macmillan's 'winds of change' speech. The cover has wear to all edges and corners. The stapled spine is worn but secure. Inside, there is evidence of usage but the pages are tight, neat, clean, clear and competent. fk.
