Inner hinges cracked, with a few pages partially loose from binding. Two-toned brown cloth is free of any stains, marks, faded at upper front spine edge, rubbed along edges. Interior is clean, pages unmarked, pages in very good condition. Wonderful illustrations--note the one on pp 94-95 spread--it's great. A detailed comprehensive history of Ireland, but short enough for one who wants to know more about Ireland without doing a life study. 1972., Beekman House, New York
