Pages are mostly clean, unmarked, and tight with light tanning, a few small stains, and roughly deckled fore- and bottom edges; water-type stain in gutter of back cover and last few pages; rear flyleaf ripped horizontally; gilt top edge still shiny; wine-colored cover is sturdy with small tears at both ends of spine, wear of spine label, light stains, and slightly worn corners
