New York: Tess Press, 2006. Hardcover. Respectively xii, 516, xii, 516 [coincidence of pagination; see our comment below], matching hardcovers in 9x7 inch laminated boards and printed slipcase. An unmolested set, doesn't look at all handled, neither books nor slipcase; perfectly sound, clean and unmarked. A rather eccentric edition; Estleman preface is not credited on titlepage; find same preface in both volumes, highly unusual; and printblock chosen is awkwardly wide with skinny margins. A handsome set, eccentric or not; verdict: a collectable oddity.
