Seven page press release, 8.5x11 inches, stapled once at upper left, due to a printing error p6 is included twice, with one copy of it crossed off and stapled to the back of the other one, else good condition. Van Lydegraf was in Jail for conspiracy to possess explosives, with the real issue his relationship with the Weather Underground and the FBI's attack on Prairie Fire Organizing Committee. Includes commentary on the role of an FBI agent who infiltrated PFOC.
