About This Item

New York: Harper and Row, 1981. First American edition. Hardcover. Fine/very good. Stated First U. S. edition on copyright page but number line on same page to "2." Also, jacket does not have a price, but we don't see that BOMC slug/indentation on the lower right of the rear board, so we're giving the potential buyer all this information to provide you basis for an informed decision (!). Cloth in dust jacket, book fine, jacket very good or better with just a touch of wear, couple white spots on front panel that look like a printing error.

Synopsis

Sylvia Plath (1932 – 1963) is an American poet credited with advancing the genre of confessional poetry.  She was a peer and friend of fellow poet Anne Sexton.
