Cleveland: 7 Flowers Press, 1966. Original wraps. Very Good +. dagmar. The 1966 1st printing, limited to 500 copies. "Dedicated to his majesty/of poetry in cleveland/the most honorable James Lowell -- King of Small Flowers". Clean and VG+ in its silkscreend, stapled wrappers, designed by dagmar. Very light soiling to the edges --and along the rear panel-- otherwise clean as could be. Octavo, fold-out rear page ("Now Ethnic Folk Poem for the Beat Generation in Cleveland & for the Neo-American Church", written in "1964 after peyote ritual for R who took the trip with me"). Sold and distributed by Lowell's legendary Asphodel Book Shop, 465 THE ARCADE, Cleveland.

Portland: Whitewall of Sound, 2005. Paperback. Near fine. Not a facsimile of the first edition, more a tribute printing. This is a rectangular reprint of the poem, with pink paper and white (custom?) wraps and a fold-out of "Ethnic Folk Poem." Condition is near-fine -- just a touch of corner wear. Design and artwork by Jim Clinefelter.
