The magazine under the name Classic Film Collector was published quarterly in Indiana, Pennsylvania. The magazine focused heavily on reviews and information on silent films available on the then flourishing 8mm film home movie market, the performers and filmmakers of the silent period, and leaders and trends in the current home movie industry. This issue contains: Erich Von Stroheim's "Greed", Jay Rubin interviews Eleanor Powell, The Victor Animatograph Company, and the Genesis of Non-Theatrical Film, Reel Reviewer, Lost Horizon, Ann Pennington, Collecting Chaplin, Essie Albert a Reel Yankee Film Star, William Dieterle, Wallace Beery- Diamond in the Rough, Harry Langdon in The Strong Man, and much, much more.
