Some pages uncut. Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. 231 pages. light mark to front cover - (possible water splash);. Binding is tight, covers and spine fully intact but with some fading to spine colour. Slight foxing front/rear pages, but body of book mostly clean and unfoxed. Top edge blue, outer & bottom edges deckled. Gilt titles spine, blind-stamped titles front. some migration of top edge blue colour to top margin of a very few pages - hardly noticeable; also visible mark to top edge of inside front cover & facing end-paper. blue cloth; Illustrated by colour & b/w. plates & a few b/w. drawings.
