New York: International Music Co., 1956. [International No. 1327] A very persuasive viola version of Beethoven's Op.69 Cello Sonata, transcribed by Ernst Naumann and edited by Joseph Vieland. MOVEMENTS: [I] Allegro ma non tanto; [II] Scherzo. Allegro molto; [III] Adagio cantabile, Allegro vivace. The parts: 9+31 pages. NOTE: The full score (as published) is *cello* & piano, but the part is for viola. CONDITION: The Near Fine full score is bright, securely-bound, unmarked and uncreased, with light shelf-wear. The Very Good viola part is unmarked, but shows faint evidence of now-erased penciled fingerings/bowings - and its split spine edge has been discreetly repaired. This attractive set is now in a clear, protective polypropylene bag with archival backing board.. Stapled Wraps. Near Fine/Very Good. 9" x 12". Music Score.
