London: Printed by Richard Amer [Not Published.], 1888. Hardcover. xxxiv, 170p., fine presswork employing several fonts, illustrated with a monochrome folded frontis portrait of Archbishop Harsnett (resembles a brass rubbing), hardbound in 10.5x6.5 inch green cloth boards gilt and blind; textblock in excellent condition with signatures opened neatly throughout. One of a run limited to 250. Hinges sound though bearing hairline cracks, casing shows dots of card at corner-tips, spine rims each have tiny tears, pastedown sports a bookplate but a nice original one. A pleasantly designed book still in good to very good shape. 2q.
