Large paper copy with the portrait of William Dugdale. Extra illustrated with four additional portraits - Thomas Attwood, Thomas Sharp, Samuel Parr and William Shakespeare. The print of Parr is folded to fit. Loosely inserted is the Supplement to Addenda. Spotting and browning throughout.
