First American edition with the Publisher's symbol on the copyright page.Yellow cloth with brown tiles to the front and spine. This copy is VG in a VG, clipped DJ. Exterior is modestly soiled, modestly sunned to the spine, but minimal edgewear. Top page edges dyed green. Inside has pictorial EPs, is unmarked, clear, and firmly bound with modest/even toning. DJ has two old tape repairs on the verso, modest chipping, moderately sunned spine, and a 2" x 3/4" open tear at the top of the spine. 378 pp. Scarce in the American edition..
