No dust jacket. Stated first. Heavy wear to boards. Cloth break at top of spine. Paper breaks inside at hinges. Webbing sound but fragile. Binding otherwise sound. Water stain top page edges. Water wave top, outside quadrant of whole book. Pages 145 and 146 have tanning where a paper or booklet, or something was once tucked inside. Dusty. While not pristine, it is a generally clean copy. Has clinic name inside front board. Spine lettering faded out, but embossing still visible.
