Hardcover with unclipped dust jacket, ix + 278 pages, plus black and white illustrations;. very gently used, not a trace of shelf wear, very clean and unmarked throughout except that for reasons unknown the lower half of the front flap of the DJ became stuck to the free front endpaper and left some slight residue there; DJ gently bumped but no chips or tears, but again with slight damage to lower portion of flap (some lines of print illegible).. See also our listing for Williams' All the Queen's Men: Elizabeth I and Her Courtiers (buy both and save on postage!).. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/Very Good.
