Maroon cloth cover has embellishment (flower sprig) with title in gilt. Small loss of cloth on front side of spine. Wear on all tips of boards. Rubbing at bottom of spine, loss of cloth at very top of spine. Interior has no writing or soiling. An occasional spot of foxing. 422 pages, plus and advertisment to sell this book by subscription(salesmen wanted). List of principal Confederate prison camps and their location. Appendix contains the Name, Rank, Regiment, and Post office Address of the Officers who were imprrisoned at Richmond, Daville, Macon Savannah, Charleston, Columbia, Charlottte, Raleigh, and Goldsborough, 1864 and 1865. Pages have remained relatively white, and are not brittle. Black and white illustrations. Comes to you in an acid free archival document bag.
