About This Item
Collins, London, 1972. First Edition. Hardcover (Original Cloth). Very Good Condition/Very Good. 414 pp, illustrated dustwrapper designed by Eileen Walton. The base of the boards shows slight discoloration from shelfwear. The illustrated dustwrapper has a 1 in tear at the base of the rear fold, very slight chipping to the base of the spine region, and to the foot of the front fold, the top edge has a 1/2 inch tear, and chipping at that area covering the spine. The dustwrapper has not been price clipped, and both the front and rear flaps each have a slight crease. The self-confidence that time and again brought victory to the Navy of Nelson and Rodney, of Collingwood and St Vincent, is as superbly expressed in these pages as in the famous tune with which the drums beat to action. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Please refer to accompanying picture (s). Quantity Available: 1. Shipped Weight: Under 1 kilo. Category: Ships & the Sea; Fiction -- Maritime; ISBN: 0002216574.
