Fading at corners of dust jacket with a 0.4" tear from top of spine and There is a 0.8" tear on front cover, else very good. Foreward by author. Appendices. Index. B/w photos, charts. Collier, the 7th President of the Company, writes out of personal experience as well as observation and study. He was an active participant in the life insurance world for over 4 decades. Collier makes no effort to hide his prejudices or his failures, and he answers many questions we have long wanted to ask.
