Montreal: Printed by George E. Desbarats & Co, 1883. Hardcover. Ex library-fair. 84, [1] p. 21 cm. Engraved frontispiece. Brown cloth with gold print. Spine lean with front covers protruding farther than rear. Tear in upper spine, softened spine tail, repair to cloth on bottom front panel, bumped corners. Ex library with ink stamps and labels on endpapers and ink number on title page, stamp on upper edge of text block. Hinges cracking internally with inexpert tape repair at front. Paper clip mark at top of first pages.
