The story of a cattle drive from Missouri to California in 1850, published for the first time. Full red cloth covered boards, paper label on spine, 137 pages including index. Signed and inscribed by author on first free endpaper. Near fine in VG+ dust jacket. Top tips of boards lightly bumped, very small bump to bottom edge of from board. Jacket has light soiling to flap folds and along spine edge of back panel, very small chip to tip of back panel.
