San Francisco: The Book Club of California, 1980. First Edition. Softcover. Fine. 8vo 8" - 9" tall. A dozen pamphlets, complete. Measuring 8 1/4" x 10" in size and with printed wraps, then laid in loosely into a Fine condition cloth-covered folder fitted in to a Fine condition, also blue cloth-covered slip-case, a bit sunned and toned, slip-case being graced with two cloth labels neatly affixed at spine head and foot with gilt-lettering thereto. Published for its members in The Book Club of California in 1980. Printed on heavy cream-colored paper and then bound in printed heavy paper wraps. 33 [2] pp., and including a short bibliography. Introduction by Muir Dawson and Carey S. Bliss, and then with multiple contributions by Carey S. Bliss, Richard Dillon, and others.Member, I.O.B.A., C.B.A., and adherent to the highest ethical standards. Additional postage may be required for oversize or especially heavy volumes, and for sets.
