A first edition copy ( 1990) containing 167 b/w photographic images of Seaford following 8 pp of supportive text. Gilt embossed lettering to the spine. There are light bumps to the tail of the spine and to two board corners with a slight bump to the front edge of the front board with a little creasing tot he overlying wrapper. Fresh and clean. Dust wrapper is not price clipped with light shelf wear. A very good copy.
