New York: Simon & Schuster, (2013). First Edition. First Printing Near fine in 1/4 blue paper and yellow paper covered boards with bold gilt text stamping on the spine. A small quarto of 9 1/4 by 6 1/4 inches with faint wear to the head and heel of the spine and a light brown stain to the bottom edge of the text block. In a near fine, unclipped dust jacket with very mild soiling to the foil portions of the front panel. 910 pages including an index, extensive chapter note and text. Illustrated with images from black and white photographs in two sections.
