There is no artist attributed to the drawings which are brilliantly detailed. Colour illustrated dustjacket. There is a Biro inscription on the top right-hand part of the front panel of the dustjacket and a couple of short tears at the bottom right-hand side of the same. Indentation on the bottom right-hand corner of the front panel underneath the tears, previous owner's name and handling marks to the front free end page. The book and the dust jacket are both printed on a non-glazed cream/Buttercup coloured stock. This book sets out the principles behind the choice of a wine style to serve with a particular meal, or the choice of a dish to go with a particular wine. It gives you the basic information you need to "structure" wine and food combinations. There is a short family history, and also a section on each of the grapes that is used at the winery, as well as favourite recipes of the Brown family. , to help assess condition.
