Very Good/No Jacket. 4to - over 9¾" - 12. pp.viii plus 65 photographic plates covering some of the more common field species with title and description at the bottom of each plate. Slightly pebbled green cloth - with bright gilt title to the front board. Black endpapers. A very good, clean, tight copy. No inscriptions. Some light rubbing at the head and tail of the spine with slight associated loss. The trace of a pencil/crayon mark to the rear endpaper. A very good, clean, tight copy.
