Clean and well bound text, with minor aging; in original stitched string binding. Inscription to front endpage, "To DCW, now this (?--illegible) in return for two of his;" unknown if this is from the author or publisher, as it is not signed beneath. In original printed wrap covers which show some small chipping at edges, some small holes apparently due to insect nibbling to back wrapper at the spine area, some sunning to front resulting in a minor two-tone effect..

Pasadena: Harry Ward Ritchie, 1930 Octavo. Fine. One of 200 copies, printed by Ward Ritchie. This is an early Ritchie publication, produced from Pasadena, near where he grew up, and printed at the press of the Abbey of San Encino. Note that Ritchie uses his full name, "Harry Ward Ritchie." The "Harry" was dropped from his professional name shortly afterwards.
