Minor rubbing to the base edge of the boards, and fading of the green of the dust jacket on the spine section to a dark blue. . This biography was proudly presented as a commemorative tribute to the world's most famous batsmen on his 75th birthday. The book was conceived when Sir Donald consented to make his personal records -- including letters, documents, photographs and scrap books dating back to his earliest days -- available to the publishers as the basis of a new biography.
