The spine, covers, and pages are in fantastic shape for it's age. Book is in very well for well over 100 years old.

No dog eared pages, or highlighting in or on book at all. The pages don't smell bad, are clear of 'book mold' or anything disgusting. Over all book is in unbelievably good shape for it's age.

This book was kept in a home office of a school teacher/librarian/Sunday school teacher and her husband who managed a university bookstore for over 50 years until their retirements, after which they continued to keep their home library in the same conditions they had come accustomed to for the sake of their books for another approximate 40 years which aided this book and all the books from their collection in it's continued good condition for so long.

Print on pages are very easy and clear to read.

Would make a great addition to anyone's book collection and especially the collection of historian and collection.
