Synopsis

Bo Knows Bo is the autobiography of Bo Jackson, who excelled in both professional football and professional baseball, before injuries ended his careers. Late in 1990, Jackson suffered a dislocated hip injury that ended his NFL career, and eventually led to the end of his MLB career also.
