Dodd, Mead and Company, 1921. Good++/No Dust Jacket. Hardcover Hardcover: Dark blue, cloth binding with title and design embossed into frontboard. Title embossed into spine. Corners and spine ends are frayed and bumped. Small 'ding' in spine under title. Small tear to paper over front hinge. Endpapers and pages are lightly oxidized. Frontispiece and photos are printed on coated paper and are clean. .
